Annual Shandur Polo Festival will be organized jointly by Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral, KPK in last week of July 2017. This was stated by Minister Tourism Gilgit Baltistan Fida Khan talking to our Gilgit correspondent in Gilgit on Friday.

Minister said a seven members GB committee has been constituted which will meet with Chitral committee in Islamabad soon and finalize arrangements to hold the festival. Shandur Polo tournament is the most popular festival and a large number of foreign and domestic tourists attending the free style polo competition in Shandur ground every year.
